Valenti Acupuncture

Valenti Acupuncture was established in 2016 by Amanda Valenti, L.Ac., MSTCM. After completing her graduate studies, Amanda moved from Southern California in search of trails and mountains with a vision: to create a healing space accessible to everyone and to offer exceptional care in an environment that feels like home.

As Amanda grew her practice, she also wanted to create a space where like-minded acupuncturists could practice and expand their client base, so she brought together the best practitioners to grow alongside her. Valenti Acupuncture welcomes you, and we're excited to guide you on your journey to feeling your best.

Streamline Pilates

Steve and Eva Kauffman launched Streamline in spring 2000 with a common goal of providing Salt Lake City with a wide variety of health and recovery services. At that time, they each had many years of teaching Pilates and offering bodywork separately, but they noticed clients moving from one place to another—going from the gym to a massage. So, they started Streamline to blend the discipline of mind/body-connected movement and conditioning with diverse bodywork options in a welcoming, comfortable space.

Now, under the ownership of longtime friend and mentee Maya Christopherson since 2024, Streamline continues this tradition with a team of experienced Pilates instructors and body workers. Maya and her staff take pride in delivering quality instruction tailored to each individual in a friendly and intimate environment.

Embodied Wellness Guide

Rachel Krahenbuhl, MS, NBHWC, CHES, has been working with bodies through movement since 2015. Her teaching style has developed into focused, mindful movement sessions that help regulate the nervous system, allowing you to tune into subtle layers of the body. Most people describe a movement session with Rachel as calming, meditative, and intentional.

Embodied Wellness combines a unique approach of experiential wellness practices, somatic guidance, and holistic health coaching. Each session is customized for each individual, and we come prepared to help you tune into what is needed that day.

Evergreen Healing

Savannah’s mission is to heal disordered eating, exercise, and self-talk patterns through compassionate examination and evolutionary biopsychology. She also emphasizes clinical eating disorder recovery and post-treatment support. The approach of recognizing that “this used to serve a survival purpose” can foster curiosity—rather than shame—about patterns and behaviors.

Her specialties include working with athletes re-identifying their roles in the world, parents and children seeking to improve communication around food and body image, and individuals curious to release protective behaviors, food restrictions, or body preoccupation. These symptoms serve a purpose. Although they may be uncomfortable or even unbearable, they are the body’s way of asking for change, initially quiet but persistent.
